TERMS OF SERVICE

♡ I only take payment through Paypal's invoice (EUR).♡ Payment will be requested once i'm ready to start working on the commission right away or after i provide a rough sketch (Commissions above 200EUR can be paid partially in between the drawing stages.)♡ There will be no refund. You will have time to cancel the commission until your turn on the waitlist arrives.♡ Unless your commission is prioritized, you will be put on a waiting list.♡ If i have to meet a deadline (priority commission), rush fee will be 1/2 price of the commission.♡ Big changes (position, props, etc.) can only be made during the sketching phase.♡ Commercial use of my art will be 3x the price.♡ Some commissions will include a subtle signature which you are not allowed to remove.♡ I have the right to post the final artwork on my social media (including WIP shots) unless specifically requested not to.♡ If you want to upload the commission online, please always include credits (my social media).♡ Please understand if i find myself unable to draw your request and end up declining the commission.♡ For rendered pieces, delivery times can vary between 1 to 4 months. Some might take longer due to details/complexity or in case something happens to my mental/physical health. I'll always keep you updated, so i ask for your patience and won't tolerate unecessary rushing or rude clients.
